Carine has founded & continues to advise & fundraise for several sports/football global charity organizations, & has raised & provided millions of dollars worth of financial aid enabling players to play club soccer, receive private coaching instruction, college guidance & recruiting, equipment & travel fees as well as support & manage facility maintenance. She co-founded & is General Manager & Co-Coaching Director of Peninsula Silicon Valley Union FC in the Bay Area, California where she coached, mentored & placed many players in college, youth national team & professionally. Carine also co-founded Soccerbook.com (Pass2Me), Soccerbook Consulting LLC, Dynamic Soccer and Eclipse Academy in Orange County, California & former GM of Irvine Strikers FC ECNL Strikers Orange County 

Carine played briefly for Stanford University & for Liverpool FC in England. She holds a National Diploma NSCAA (United Soccer Coaches)

John is a former Manager Liverpool F.C Academy for 19 years alongside Academy Founder & Director Steve Heighway when it became the first ever professional youth Academy in the world. John was 19 years Academy Manager & Assistant Academy Director at Liverpool F.C, winning the FA Youth Cup in 2006 & 2007

 John is known worldwide for pioneering a comprehensive & detailed flow chart on the decision making process of  'Principles of Play-Decision Making Tree’ displayed on the entrance of Liverpool FC Academy for 10 years visible to legends John coached: England captain Steven Gerrard; European Footballer of Year Michael Owen; Jamie Carragher; Robbie Fowler; Steve McManaman; Connor Cody; Trent Alexander Arnold. John was England National Team U15 Schoolboys coach. At Liverpool FC John won 2 FA Youth Cups

He has presented "POP" to clubs, leagues & federations as guest speaker or through practical demonstrations. ‘POP’ appears in federation presentations & coach educational documents & at numerous professional club

John was former technical auditor for Belgian consulting firm Doublepass where he assessed performances of MLS Academies & previously EPL Academies helping (con)federations, leagues, & clubs improve their football performance & talent development he used ‘POP’ assessing & presenting to professional clubs & their academies globally, including MLS/US Soccer Development Academies & professional club academies in Scotland, USA, Belgium Italy, Norway, Greece, Japan J-League, India & Canada. POP/Decision Making Tree featured in the ‘Croatian Football Federation Development Curriculum’ book

He presented ‘POP’ to Association of Indian Football Coaches Association, Celtic, Trinidad & Tobago Football Federation coach education events many times to USA youth clubs & leagues hosted by Gary Ireland to present for Norcal Premier youth soccer league & was guest of Gary Ireland to present at leading Hungarian club Puskas Academy

Based in Budapest, Peter is one of the most respected youth coaches in Hungarian football. He is Technical Director & Head of Individual Technical Development of leading Hungarian club Puskas Academy which hosts the Puskas Suzuki Cup, one of Europe’s top U17 boys Academy tournaments. Previously he coached at the academy of leading Hungarian club MTK Budapest where he where he also played professionally before coaching

Peters relationship with Gary Ireland is extensive for over 33 years. Upon arriving in California from Hungary in 1992 Peter began his coaching career with the Ireland family at ‘World Soccer” where he coached for & alongside them for 10 years, coaching many top-level players including leading youth girls team developing players for leading US colleges

Peter was a highly rated player in California where he captained the San Jose Major League Champions Club D'Etaples playing alongside Gary Ireland & USA national team player & highly regarded trainer of elite players Christopher Sullivan & with Simon & Gary Ireland at the San Jose Oaks which dominated Northern California Soccer prior to the formation of the MLS 

Gary arranged for Peter to visit Brunei as guest player for the Crown Prince of Brunei’s team, DPMM. Peter assisted Gary, Simon & Carine with their Central European tour to Admira Wacker (Austria), Blsany & Slavia Prague (Czech) & MTK Budapest (Hungary) as well as many other tours to England with boys & girls teams. Roger is a highly respected professor & has published extensively on the subject of Sport for Development 

Between 2002-2023 Roger mentored TSF Co-founder Gary Ireland when he was Director of Studies, University of Liverpool MBA & International Business Research Manager of the Football Industries Group (FIMBA)

Roger was educated in the U.K. (PhD in International Development from the University of Plymouth) & South Africa & has taught & researched on a range of subjects including leadership, strategy, ethics & sports management 

He is current Dean & Associate Professor of Management Practice at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He has led MBA programs in the U.K. (2005-2010) & in Hong Kong (2012-2019). Prior to joining AIT, he was interim Director at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (2018-2019) as Associate Professor of Business Education & Associate Director at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (2012-2018)

Paul has known & worked with TSF co-founder Gary Ireland since 1982 when they were teammates & classmates at Saint Bedes College in Christchurch, New Zealand. He founded Koru Sports Academy in Malaysia catering to expats & locals, children & adults with a focus on Soccer & Karate

Paul graduated from Canterbury University, New Zealand with a Masters degree in Marine Biology, specializing in Commercial Marine Aquaculture. After spending time in academia & the aquaculture business sector, Paul spent 2 years in South-East Asia holding public lectures on the marine environment in conjunction with SCUBA diving instructing. Paul has a 4th Degree Black Belt & also works in Corporate Training as well as teaching at English language schools

Tom is one of the most experienced coaches in the history of women's football & is considered a founder of Australian Women's professional soccer. Tom, Gary & Carine have worked together since 2015. when he guest coached alongside Gary & Carine Ireland at PSV Union FC and Dynamic Soccer in California. During this time he was represented by Gary in contract negotiations with NWSL cub Orlando Pride & the Nigerian National Team
