Gary has held a variety of positions and has a wealth of experience over his lifelong involvement in the game as a player, coach, manager, consultant and entrepreneur/investor. A highly respected professional soccer coach (former assistant to Wiel Coerver and coach at Liverpool FC Youth Academy), Gary's focus is on education and development and improving lives through the game. His areas of interest include: youth development, coach education, creating opportunities for underserved communities, collaborating with people in a multitude of industries and backgrounds to advance the game (from grassroots to professional levels), and sharing his passion for the game.
Gary is a co-founder of Soccerbook.com (Pass2Me Inc.), Soccerbook Consulting LLC, and co-founder and President of PSV Union FC. He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool's Football Industries program.

Carine received a BA from Stanford University in Human Biology with a focus on health and human performance, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Carine is the General Manager and Asst. Coaching Director at PSV Union FC, a non-profit, competitive youth soccer club for elite-track female players. Carine has coached, mentored and placed players in college and international soccer at PSV Union FC since 2003, and continues to help train collegiate and pro players.
Carine is also former GM of Irvine Strikers FC ECNL & Strikers Orange County. Carine played briefly in college for Stanford and for Liverpool FC Ladies in England. She holds an NSCAA (United Soccer Coaches) National Diploma.
Roger is a highly respected professor and has published extensively on the subject of Sport for Development. He is the current Dean and Associate Professor of Management Practice at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. Roger was educated in the U.K. (PhD in International Development from the University of Plymouth) and South Africa and has taught and researched on a range of subjects including leadership, strategy, ethics and sports management. He has led MBA programs in the U.K. (2005-2010) and in Hong Kong (2012-2019). Prior to joining AIT, Professor Levermore worked at Chinese University of Hong Kong (2018-2019) and was Interim Director and held the position of Associate Professor of Business Education & Associate Director at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2012-2018). Regina is considered to be one of the best female players in US college soccer history. After a standout youth career in the San Francisco Bay Area (Regina was a High School Parade All-American), Regina went to on to play at the University of Portland, where she received NCAA All-American Freshman and NCAA Final 4 All-Tournament awards, as well as at UC Berkeley (Cal). Regina also represented the US U20 National Team during this time. After college, she played professionally for Sparta Prague and the Greek Women's National Team.
Regina is also an experienced youth soccer coach, previously coaching at PSV Union FC as well as several other camps and programs.
She is currently the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Physician Assistant at UCSF Medical Center and holds a Masters Degree in Medical Sciences from the Emory University School of Medicine.
John is a former technical auditor for Belgian consulting firm Doublepass where he assesses performances of MLS Academies & previously EPL Academies. While former Manager Liverpoool FC Academy for 19 years he won 2 FA Youth Cups and coached players such as England Captain Steven Gerrard, European Player of the Year Michael Owen and Jamie Carragher, Joe Cole among many othes. He holds UEFA 'A' License, FA Academy Manager's License, FA Youth Coach's Award. M.Ed. Sports Psychology & Physical Education & Mathematics. degree. P/G.C.E. Founder and current Director of PSV Union FC, a leading girls soccer club in Silicon Valley, CA, developing college, professional, and national team players. He was the co-founder of soccer camp, training and tours company World Soccer and co-founder of Academy Soccer, a 1994 World Cup SF Bay Area host committee sponsor. Simon was an outstanding professional soccer player on several continents. He played with the San Francisco Blackhawks and received multiple offers to play in the MLS after being one of the top players in the first round draft. He was voted Best Player at the Lake Placid Soccer America Indoor tournament, and captained the San Jose Oaks to an US Open Cup National Title. He is also a well known professional technical skills development coach and has developed a soccer performance/evaluation/analysis mobile app for youth clubs, coaches and players.
Paul has been the founding Managing Director of Koru Sports Academy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 9 years, catering to expats and locals, children and adults with a focus on Soccer, and Martial Arts, of which he holds a 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate. He graduated from Canterbury University, New Zealand with a Masters degree in Marine Biology, specialising in Commercial Marine Aquaculture. After spending time in academia and the aquaculture business sector, Paul spent 2 years in South-East Asia holding public lectures on the marine environment in conjunction with SCUBA diving instructing. Paul has also worked in Corporate Training, running SUBA diving operations and teaching at English language schools. His experience in sports, business and knowledge of the SE Asian region brings tremenous value to The Soccer Fund.
Tom is one of the most experienced and successful coaches in the history of the global womens game and considered the founder Australian Womens Soccer. He is the current coach of the New Zealand Womens National Team. His coaching experience is extensive. He was the former head coach of both Australia and the USA Womens teams and assistant coach of the Canadian womens football team in the 2015 World Cup. From 2016-2018 he was the head coach of Orlando Pride. Tom has coached internationally in most South East Asian nations with the Australian womens national and youth national teams and spent a season coaching mens soccer in the J-League as well as extensive experience coaching and playing professionally in Australian mens soccer.
Dr Zdenek Sivek has a wealth of experience in global grassroots, youth, amateur and professional football development, cultivating strategic football programs and developing principles of behavior in sport. He has organized football programs in every continent and over 40 countries including recruiting, scouting, coaching, and driving practices as well as education of football coaches, specifically UEFA Pro and A licenses.
Zdenek holds a position with one of the most prominent coaching organizations in the world. He is Vice President of the Alliance of European Football Coaches Association (AEFCA), responsible for the development of coaching and coach education within Europe and worldwide, a UEFA Technical Instructor responsible for the implementation of UEFA Coach Convention education program, a UEFA Technical Advisor for Oceania Football Confederation and a UEFA Technical Instructor for CAF/Conféderation of Africa Football developing the CAF Coach Education Program. He has also been a UEFA Technical Instructor at various top-level professional clubs such as FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool FC, Ajax Amsterdam, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Juventus, to name a few.
Zdenek has held the position of Technical Observer of Czech Republic National 1st Team where he analyzed opponents in FIFA and UEFA competitions. In his role of Technical Director of Czech Federation Zdenek was responsible for educating all levels of coaches in cooperation with FIFA, UEFA and UEFT.
Zdenek has coached and managed youth at international levels of FIFA and UEFA competitions as well as recruiting players for senior national teams as Head Coach for the Czech Republic National Teams U15-U20 Boys & U16-18 Girls.
As a player he played for the Czechoslovakia national team between 1956-1960 and professionally with Slovan Liberec between 1960-1970.
